Discount analytics: which voucher actually moved the needle, broken down to a single session 31.05.2026
For operators, marketing, sales
Up to now, the discount overview answered the question which discounts do we offer — but not which ones actually got used. To find that out you opened the bookings list, filtered by discount, and counted by hand. The new Discount Analytics page does the counting for you and goes one step further: every discount can be drilled down to the exact sessions on which it was redeemed.
One page, two tables, the full picture
The top table lists every discount that has ever been applied — title, type, validity, number of bookings, and the total amount that left your invoices because of it. Sort by amount and the cash-relevant voucher campaigns sit on top. The summary cards above the table show how many discounts are in active use and the grand total of money discounted across the entire business.
Drill from total to a single session
Click the filter icon on a discount row and the second table snaps to that discount — one row per session that redeemed it, with booking count, total amount, camp, agency and the date range. Combine with the agency, camp, label and type filters to answer questions like "How much did our family-camp discount cost us in the summer holidays?" in two clicks instead of building a manual report. Cancelled bookings keep their place in the count but contribute zero to the sum, so the figure on screen matches the money that actually left the till.
The page is reachable directly from Manage discounts > Analytics and rolls out automatically for every operator.
