Our audit module is a digital certification management system for organisations that carry out quality audits. Everything from invitation to final certificate is handled within Bookacamp — no paper, no email attachments, no manual tracking.
Every audit follows a structured five-stage process: Invited → In Progress → Submitted → In Review → Final. Audited organisations receive an invitation, complete their questionnaire in a dedicated portal, and submit their answers for review. Certifying bodies and assigned reviewers then assess each response before issuing the certificate.
Not every organisation offers the same scope of services. Before answering, participants select which fields of activity apply to their organisation. The questionnaire is then assembled automatically from the relevant question categories. Mandatory categories are always included; additional ones can be added as needed. The result is a precisely tailored audit — no irrelevant questions, no gaps.
Participants can upload supporting documents directly alongside their answers — quality guidelines, safety concepts, certificates and more. The portal saves progress automatically so nothing is lost between sessions. When everything is ready, submission is a single click.
Multiple reviewers can be assigned to a single audit. Each reviewer works through the questionnaire, marks individual questions as assessed and leaves comments — either as internal notes visible only to reviewers or as feedback visible to the audited organisation. The audit is only set to Final once all assigned reviewers have given their sign-off.
The system supports regular recertification in freely configurable cycles. When a renewal is due, the previous audit can be duplicated with a single click — with questions whose wording has changed clearly highlighted, so participants only need to review what is new. Upcoming deadlines are surfaced early in the dashboard.
Every audit can be exported as an XLS spreadsheet or a formatted PDF report including all questions, answers and review comments. A built-in protocol log records every status change with timestamp and author — a complete, tamper-evident audit trail for your certification records.
